Suzanne is considered an in-network provider with the following insurance panels:

Cash, check, HSA and all major credit cards accepted for payment, including American Express.
For no call/ no show appointments without a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation will result in the full session fee (Please note that Insurance companies do not reimburse when a client misses their appointment). This policy is in place, because the time set aside for your appointment can not be recouped if cancelled without enough prior notice, and is therefore lost time to another potential client and to the therapist. There may be certain exceptions to this policy in emergency cases only.
Please call if you are running late or it will be assumed that you will not be making your scheduled appointment. You will be allowed to keep your appointment, if running late, but understand that the appointment can not be adjusted to make up for missed time during the session hour. Your consent to treatment will note this policy.
